Faux Wool
The everyday foundation of every Covaba rug, a soft faux-wool microfibre woven short and tightly packed. It reads warm and understated underfoot, and carries printed designs with crisp, true color.
- Dense, low pile that clears an interior door and takes a chair leg without marking
- Rubber backing grips bare boards and tile on its own, so there is no rug pad to buy or trim
- Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, lay flat to dry, no tumble
Sized for the space you live in.
Rugs in standard dimensions, under a coffee table, in front of a sofa, beside a bed, or along an entry. Match the rug footprint to the area you want to anchor.
Choose by the room, not the furniture. In a living room, a rug works best when the front legs of your sofa sit on it. Under a dining table, allow about 60 cm beyond the table edge so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
- Measure the length and width of the area you want to anchor.
- Leave 20–30 cm of bare floor around the rug for breathing room.
- For sofa pairings, extend the rug 30–60 cm beyond the front legs.
- For under-table placement, allow at least 60 cm of rug beyond each side of the table.
- For bedrooms, frame two sides of the bed with at least 60 cm of visible rug.

Why this rug stays flat and washes clean.
-
01
Built to be walked on
Straight off the floor, into the machine, back down the same day. Spills, muddy boots, the daily traffic of a room that gets used.
-
02
Stays where you put it
A non-slip rubber backing holds the floor. No sliding underfoot, no corner curling up to catch a toe.
-
03
Clears the door
A pile low enough for a door to swing over, dense enough that a chair leg leaves no mark.
-
04
The look of wool, the life of microfibre
Soft faux-wool depth underfoot, without the one thing wool cannot do: go in the machine.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric
Our fabric is tested for harmful substances to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, for a home that is easy to live with every day.

Rugs, runners and doormats, filmed by the people who live on them.
The floor, reconsidered.
A rug redraws a room without moving a single piece of furniture. Set it under the seating area rather than wall to wall, and everything around it falls into place, the sofa, the table, the way you walk through.

Best purchase good: This is a lovely lightweight rug. It's best for areas that don't see heavy traffic. Currently I've it at my back door--the common entrance--so we'll see how it holds up there. The design is really pretty!bad: The 'non-slip' isn't as noon slip as I'd like, we'll see how it holds up. It's disappointingly thin, but also it fits under my door.meh: The image is less vibrant and lush than it appears onscreen which was a little disappointing.Overall I'd say it's a little much for the value, but it's very pretty. The quality is honestly something I'd expect from the dollar store, however the size is good, and the image and print quality is lovely.Modelled by Lucci, Thing 4, aka Ms Busybody
Useful Gorgeous tropical themed rug. It’s hard to find a vibrant, tropical rug that is also understated. This rug is fantastic, the pattern does not repeat. I have a jungle themed room and wanted a soft rug that could run down the entire walkway beside a queen bed. This rug checked all the boxes. Beautiful, soft, well made and affordable. The black background, as well as the entire pattern feels intentionally faded. The colors still feel vibrant but somehow softened. The edges are well finished and the backing is slip resistant. The rug arrived folded, the pictures were taken immediately after unpacking. I believe the light wrinkling will come out.
Better than expected This rug is beyond fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous! Really soft, feels great underfoot. Love that it's machine washable. I haven't washed it yet, but I will be washing it in cold water to preserve the beautifull colors. I recommend using some form of rug fasteners to keep it securely in place. It does have non-stick backing, but could use a little extra help to keep it in place.
Very happy This is a really nice looking doormat. It's much softer than I thought it would be, it feels great on my feet. It's definitely not made for outdoors, but it's ideal for inside the door or if you're in an apartment with doors that are in a hallway (like me). It's larger than many doormats I see available too. The graphics are pretty and fun, it's a lively and vibrant scene. The back is grippy so it won't slip around. I'm so happy with this and will enjoy having it outside my door. If it makes it that far anyway, my dog loves how soft it's and has decided it’s now her napping spot.
Happy with it The colors and size on this runner are just right, they are more muted than in the photos and not overbearing for a maximalist design, a perfect fit and non slip for my kitchen
So cosy I got this for an elderly relative living in an assisted living home, and she loves it. The colorful floral pattern realy looks lovely and really lifts the room. As expected, it's low pile and has a non-slip backing, so it should be low risk for tripping or slipping. I wish it were a little wider to better fill the hallway, but otherwise I am happy with it.
Would recommend Ordered the 2’ x 8’ runner in the black floral/bird pattern. Not only does the rug have an attractive vibrant pattern, it is also made well and durable. It fits just right in my galley kitchen. Highly recommend. 👍👍
Gorgeous This looks and feels like a very expensive designer rug. It’s nice and thin, with a rubber backing, which makes it just right for a kids’ bathroom (which is where I put this one.) Super soft under my feet and machine washable, which is a must when kids are involved. I’m going to buy another one in a second size because I really like it so much!
