Our return window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to start a return

Write to contact@covaba.com first to request return authorisation. Once approved, we will provide the return address and the instructions required to send your parcel back.

Condition of returns

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused or only tried on, clean, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags.

Exchanges

Yes, we exchange. After we receive and approve your return, we can issue a coupon or credit so you can place a new order for the desired item, size or colour.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

Damaged or wrong item

Inspect your order on delivery and write to contact@covaba.com within 7 days. Include photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging and the item so we can help quickly.
