Faux Wool
The everyday foundation of every Covaba rug, a soft faux-wool microfibre woven short and tightly packed. It reads warm and understated underfoot, and carries printed designs with crisp, true color.
- Dense, low pile that clears an interior door and takes a chair leg without marking
- Rubber backing grips bare boards and tile on its own, so there is no rug pad to buy or trim
- Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, lay flat to dry, no tumble
Sized for the space you live in.
Rugs in standard dimensions, under a coffee table, in front of a sofa, beside a bed, or along an entry. Match the rug footprint to the area you want to anchor.
Choose by the room, not the furniture. In a living room, a rug works best when the front legs of your sofa sit on it. Under a dining table, allow about 60 cm beyond the table edge so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
- Measure the length and width of the area you want to anchor.
- Leave 20–30 cm of bare floor around the rug for breathing room.
- For sofa pairings, extend the rug 30–60 cm beyond the front legs.
- For under-table placement, allow at least 60 cm of rug beyond each side of the table.
- For bedrooms, frame two sides of the bed with at least 60 cm of visible rug.

Why this rug stays flat and washes clean.
-
01
Built to be walked on
Straight off the floor, into the machine, back down the same day. Spills, muddy boots, the daily traffic of a room that gets used.
-
02
Stays where you put it
A non-slip rubber backing holds the floor. No sliding underfoot, no corner curling up to catch a toe.
-
03
Clears the door
A pile low enough for a door to swing over, dense enough that a chair leg leaves no mark.
-
04
The look of wool, the life of microfibre
Soft faux-wool depth underfoot, without the one thing wool cannot do: go in the machine.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric
Our fabric is tested for harmful substances to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, for a home that is easy to live with every day.
Seen in real living rooms.
Rugs, runners and doormats, filmed by the people who live on them.
The floor, reconsidered.
A rug redraws a room without moving a single piece of furniture. Set it under the seating area rather than wall to wall, and everything around it falls into place, the sofa, the table, the way you walk through.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 9 reviews.
Great quality I purchased the Green 9x12 in Jan '25. then the 10' runner, then the 3x2. These are the best rugs I've ever owned. Hands down. I love rugs: Rag rugs, throw rugs, over carpet, on the wood/tile floors. I like rugs. The sculpted edges, the feel of the rug underfoot, the thinness and the non-skid backing - I'd not change one thing. It feels like you are walking (barefoot) on a wonderful flannel blanket. My cat has yacked up on the runner several times and my parrot has pooped on the 9x12 several times as well. Grabbed a couple Clorox (no bleach LOL) wipes and poof! And the 'rubber like' no skid backing in no way looks like it would prevent seeping through to my floors - but something did - dry as a bone!!! All gone, no stain, no difference in the nap - just gorgeous. The pricing OMWord! For what you get? Nothing can beat it. I would absolutely recommend these rugs. I will continue to purchase from this company as well. I see the rounds are back and am preordering as soon as I decide on the size LOL. The shipping was quick and reliable. Note: The rugs will come folded and there will be some light creases - no worries! put the rug down wear you want it and in a few days, week? the creases will work out on their own - I shuffled my feet on some of them a couple times as well. The pics do not do them justice (and sorry for the mess!
Best purchase I’m in a wheelchair now and rugs are very hard to move around on but these rugs are wonderful and I definitely recommend them for anyone who has mobility issues or is in a wheelchair too. They’re flat and the grip on the backs is excellent because they don’t budge when I roll over them and they don’t have any lumps or raised spots at all. They stick to the floor better than any rugs I’ve ever had and there’s no nasty smell to them whatsoever.I highly recommend these for anyone who wants a smooth clean surface that doesn’t move around and doesn’t need extra non skid mats under them because the grip is so well placed on them.Very so pleased with this purchase!!
Really pleased I love Rifle Paper co. rugs but they’re really expensive and not super thick or anything. I mostly love their designs. I saw this rug and it didn’t have a lot of reviews but I took a chance and so glad I did! I bought the runner and then the door size, both for my kitchen. I love the design of this rug and the colors! I personally would prefer a straight edge but it’s fine. I washed the runner in the laundry machine with no issues, it’s vacuuming it's easy and doesn’t get sucked up constantly, it’s soft, thin but that’s fine considering the price. I love them i hope they make more designs!
Beautiful Gorgeous design, muted colors with sage green background. I love the scalloped edge and the softness. Vacuums nicely with my Shark stick vacuum but the regular vacuum is too powerful and sucks it up too much. It doesn’t slide around. I have not tried washing this large rug yet but I have washed the runner and it came out great! It’s not high quality heirloom stuff but I don’t need that. Just something pretty and confortable underfoot that I can clean inexpensively. For this price and easy care, especially with pets, it was solid investment and I’ll buy more for other rooms.
Exactly as described Ordered this rug for our reading room. It came nicely packaged and the creases came out within the first few hours of it laying flat. It is a decent thickness for the money, the floral pattern is pleasing and the scalloped edge gives it a sweet and refined look. I read other reviews that said it wasn't green but it just depends on the light. With natural light it is a medium sage but under artificial light it does become more of a grayish. I did not mind the color change as it added versatility to the room. Overall happy with the purchase the only reason 4 stars is because it is slightly smaller than the stated size.
Really impressed This has got to be the most lovely runner I’ve purchased yet! The picture makes it look more gray, but it is a true sage green. The floral colors match my hideous renter floor tiles perfectly. It ties it allll in. The gripper texture is wonderful. This is my entry hall and we have very high foot traffic. I’ll update in a month or so regarding that. The softness, the colors, the shape, the size, the pattern…. It’s all so just right. I’ll be purchasing a big one for my plant room soon.
Nice quality I was looking for a rug for my living room around the kids toy/play area. I provide childcare in my home and have been through several of the foam mats to cover the floor in the same space but they always end up torn, ripped or stained looking in a short time. So I decided to look for a rug but something that wasnt just sad beige or grey like 90% of home decor on the market today. Found this one and was happy to find something with some color while still being nice in my living room. Kid approved! They love how soft it is. I love that it is thin enough still to fold up and throw into the washing machine. So far after almost 2 weeks of use the dirt hasn't stuck too it too much, with 7 kids in around it and 2 Huskies that's pretty impressive!
Chuffed with it This floral rug is exactly as pictured with bright colors. Very lightweight, no padding, it states it’s washable I have not tried to wash it. It does crease if folded. Minus one star because the rug tends to look dirty when stepped on, it leaves foot prints and shoe marks or indents causes it to look dirty. Once you vacuum the rug the indents go away and it goes back to normal. Overall great value for the money and looks lovely.
Brilliant I needed a larger rug than I had for the back door and this fits the bill as well as being gorgeous! The darker color is exactly what I was hoping for and with the floral design it look fantastic on the lighter floor. This door gets a lot of natural sunlight so the flowers look gorgeous during the day. It cleans easily with a quick vacuum and sticks in place nicely. It's thick enough to catch the stuff on your shoes when you walk in and really easy to keep clean. It takes almost no time to dry on a line and looks like new again. Excellent rug!
