Choose by the room, not the furniture. In a living room, a rug works best when the front legs of your sofa sit on it. Under a dining table, allow about 60 cm beyond the table edge so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
- Measure the length and width of the area you want to anchor.
- Leave 20–30 cm of bare floor around the rug for breathing room.
- For sofa pairings, extend the rug 30–60 cm beyond the front legs.
- For under-table placement, allow at least 60 cm of rug beyond each side of the table.
- For bedrooms, frame two sides of the bed with at least 60 cm of visible rug.

Pleasantly surprised I was unsure of buying this washable rug because of the things I heard about how thin it was and how it gets dirty easy, but I thought it would look perfect in my toddlers room… and it does! It is so soft, and yes thin. I went ahead and bought a 1/4inch rug pad to go underneath and I would would absolutely recommend! It gives it a nice cushion and appearance. Overall, I am very happy with this rug and would happily recommend it!
Great quality This rug has been a lovely choice, it's just what we needed in our living room - it is currently not ideal white anymore, as we have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 humans in this home, but it will be washed, and used for the foreseeable future.It has really lightened up our room, we have dark bamboo floors, and this really made a difference in the look & feel of our living room. I love this rug and hope it lasts a while. I swap out rugs often, my guy hates it - this one can stay a while!!! Especially if it washed well!
Gorgeous So far so good! Arrived folded, so there are some wrinkles that will need to relax out of it. I got a pad to go under it since it’s so thin and it’s actually working out realy well. The fabric of the rug it’s is so nice and feels plush on the feet. I've this rug in the living room where my family (we have a toddler) hangs out most of the time. I got the beige and grey rainbow pattern. Looks charming and modern, which is what I was going for. The only reason for the 4 stars so far is that it’s hard to vacuum. I have a rechargeable dyson and I'm able to lower the suction setting. But even on the lowered suction setting, vacuuming is not ideal. Haven’t tried washing it yet. Nothing has spilled on it yet. But I would absolutely recommend and buy again. Update: I have now had the rug for a few weeks. My toddler did me a solid and got some orange puree from a happy baby punch on it. I didn’t wash it right away. I waited at least a week because I had a lot going on and couldn’t be bothered. So the stain had a week to really set in. RIGHT before I washed the rug, I mean within a minute of sticking the rug in the washer I put some Shout stain remover on the stain. When I washed the rug I just balled in up and tossed it in the washer. I wasn’t sure what setting would be best, so I put it on “bedding” since it’s bulky. I used Seventh Generation easydose detergent. I debated on letting it air dry or putting it in the dryer…. I decided to place it in the dryer on normal, medium heat, very dry setting. I let it go and about halfway through I took it out and repositioned it to make sure different spots would get dry. After about 75 min in the dryer total, the rug came out almost completely dry. I went ahead and laid it back down to air dry the rest of the way. The stain was gone! However, the rug did end up shrinking. It used to was a perfect fit on the rug pad of the same size, now there’s about an inch of the pad sticking out from under the rug on all sides. I’m not really distraught about it. I bought the rug so I could have a rug with a toddler that could wash and dry easily. It’s met those qualifications. If you don’t live in an environment where you can line dry the rug, then I suggest not purchasing this one. Otherwise, it’s been a great purchase for us!
Really pleased Considering the price, this rug is a real steal! It looks just like it does in the picture. It unfolds easily from the box, and the fold lines disappear quickly. And the best part? It does not have that awful box smell. It's a bit thin, though, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. If you're looking for a super plush rug to lounge on, this one isn't for you. But if you just need a good rug to add some charm to a small area, then you've found the right one. I'd recommend it, but it's not going to be the ideal fit for everyone.
Good quality Gorgeous abstract rug! Incredibly soft and high quality. It’s fairly large and covers a lot more of my floor than you can see in the picture/video. It’s not super thick or heavy (which I’m very happy about!) and you can actually vacuum it without it getting suctioned into the cleaner like some thinner rugs. I plan on buying another in orange and green to switch it up sometimes. Would absolutely recommend!
Very good The rug is extremely thin and stains so easily. It can go in the washer but probably shouldn’t. The stains do not come out easy. Just foot traffic stains did not come out after 2 washes with stain remover. I guess you get what you pay for. It was fine overall, with a few drawbacks.
Great buy I’ve had my rug for 4+ months now and I’m happy to say it’s the only rug we have ever had that keeps up with two big dogs and our almost toddler! I have to wash it almost every wear because the dogs are always tracking in dirt from outside and the rug comes out looking wonderful every time. It’s even held up to some dog accidents! The dogs nails also haven’t made any holes in the padding under the rug. My almost one year old is constantly pushing things around the house and up against there and it has held up well without getting bent. I searched for a long time for a rug that would fit our family and I will be buying more for sure!
Lovely I needed a rug for my home office that would add a lively upbeat feel and I didn't want to spend a fortune. This 5x7 rug fit my office perfectly. It's very thin, so I'd not use it in a living room setting. I've a desk, an office chair, and a cabinet that helps keep the rug flat. It's stain resistant, as I've spilled soda, coffee, tea and with a little water, or Florex and some dabbing the stains were easily removed. I've not washed the rug in the washer and dryer, but vacuumed the rug on several occasions and I've had no issues with it whatsoever. This rug is just right for my home office and I would even use it in a teen's room or game room, where if someone spills something, I won't lose my mind.
Nice and easy This turned out to be a gorgeous rug with a very unique pattern. I choose the orange one, and the color is ideal. It is not bright and scandalous, but rather a burnt orange that works really well with a neutral, contemporary decor style. The rug is soft and supple, and it seems well built. The only issue I have, not with this rug in particular, but with all these new “washable” rugs, is that they’re not really washable — this 8 x 10 thing weights a ton! — and also that they’re arrive full of annoying wrinkles. I’m hopeful that the wrinkles will relax over time, but I think the rug really will need to be hit with a steamer or something. It just doesn’t lay down as nicely as rugs that are delivered rolled up. This new low pile, washable thing feels more about saving in shipping costs than in providing a better product. But that’s not the fault of this seller. The rug is beautiful and it deserves the four stars.
Good quality After spending hours looking around, I picked this rug for our trailer because of all the good reviews. But turns out, the center part isn't what I expected. Anyway, the other colors in it go well together and match the overall look. I'm gonna keep the rug 'cause it's just too much of a hassle to send it back. I'd rather start working on other parts of the decoration. Oh, and a little tip! I put the rug in the dryer with two damp towels, and all the wrinkles were gone! They should probably add this step in the instructions, 'cause I saw a lot of people complaining about wrinkles. All in all, I’m happy with it.
Exactly as described My toddler and cat loved this rug right when we opened it from the box. It had a lot of wrinkles but we laid it down, pulled it tight, and put furniture on top to hold it down. It’s been a few days now and most of the wrinkles are gone.My toddler accidentally dropped and smushed a pomegranate seed into the rug. We used a baby wipe to clean it and it came off with no stains. I still sprayed some Fromex on top just in case, but I’m so happy it’s stain resistant like it claims. And the next day the cat threw up on it and we were able to wipe it off without any problems.The rug is really soft too. It doesn’t have any cushion but we can always add a rug pad later if we wanted. It’s a little more cushion than just the bare flooring though. The print was good and looks like the photos.Overall we’re happy with the rug and glad we purchased it! Overall, I’m very pleased with it.
