How your order is fulfilled

Orders are fulfilled through our logistics network. Dispatch arrangements may vary depending on product availability, destination, and operational requirements.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before midday on business days are prioritised for same-day processing.
